Sam built our patio deck. It is elevated so not certainly not an easy task! He was professional, communicative, quick and most importantly he did an amazing job. We go to him for all of our contracting needs now.

We recently had Sam do a sliding glass door replacement and column install on our front porch. He did a fantastic job with both. He was extremely transparent with cost, his process and accurate with his timeline. We look forward to using Sam in the future for other various projects!

Sam is wonderful to work with! He’s super communicative and transparent about any costs. I live in a condo in downtown Charleston and Sam helped me with wood rot, moisture damage, and termite intrusion. He replaced drywall, identified the source of moisture, and had recommendations/last minute resources for pest control. He’s got a great eye for aesthetics, and replaced my walls with shiplap which looks beautiful- and was very speedy in the middle of a snow storm! I highly recommend him for any work you may need!

We hired Newberry Contracting Group to build a screened in porch on our Johns Island home. Our experience from start to finish was wonderful. Sam was very communicative - from quote to final punch day, he kept us informed of the progress, timeline & anything that came up along the way. We have worked with Sam in multiple projects at our home. He creates a great product, is very easy to work with and you feel that you are getting value for your money. Projects include a laundry room/powder room renovation, two outdoor fences and an outdoor kitchen modification.

Sam did a fabulous job on a rather large porch addition. His crew was timely and clean with their work. The screen and electrical package were awesome.
