Bathroom Renovation

Sam and his team came in to save my bathroom! What was supposed to be a vanity and mirror DIY project opened a giant can of worms for me. Sam was able to come out quickly and provide a quote. He then completed the entire project on short notice, on time, and the final look was not only way better than I could have done, it was flawless! He also made sure to communicate with me often throughout the project so I knew exactly what to expect and when. If you're looking for a contractor that is honest, does great work, and doesn't leave you in the dark, Newberry Contracting Group is who you need to use!!

I had an amazing experience! The entire process was managed with great attention and professionalism. From the beginning, everything moved efficiently and without any confusion. The team stayed in contact throughout, answered questions quickly, and made sure every detail was handled properly. Their commitment, reliability, and positive attitude really stood out. In the end, the results exceeded my expectations, and I would gladly recommend their services to anyone looking for quality work.

Sam built our patio deck. It is elevated so not certainly not an easy task! He was professional, communicative, quick and most importantly he did an amazing job. We go to him for all of our contracting needs now.

I can’t say enough great things about Sam Newberry. From start to finish, the entire experience was outstanding. His attention to detail is truly second to none, every aspect of the project was handled with care and precision, and it really shows in the final result. Communication was excellent throughout the entire process. He kept me informed every step of the way, was always quick to respond, and made sure there were no surprises. On top of that, his punctuality and professionalism were incredibly refreshing, he showed up when he said he would and stayed on schedule. If you’re looking for someone who takes pride in their work, values clear communication, and delivers high-quality results, I highly recommend him. I would absolutely work with him again without hesitation.

We recently had Sam do a sliding glass door replacement and column install on our front porch. He did a fantastic job with both. He was extremely transparent with cost, his process and accurate with his timeline. We look forward to using Sam in the future for other various projects!

Sam is wonderful to work with! He’s super communicative and transparent about any costs. I live in a condo in downtown Charleston and Sam helped me with wood rot, moisture damage, and termite intrusion. He replaced drywall, identified the source of moisture, and had recommendations/last minute resources for pest control. He’s got a great eye for aesthetics, and replaced my walls with shiplap which looks beautiful- and was very speedy in the middle of a snow storm! I highly recommend him for any work you may need!

We hired Newberry Contracting Group to build a screened in porch on our Johns Island home. Our experience from start to finish was wonderful. Sam was very communicative - from quote to final punch day, he kept us informed of the progress, timeline & anything that came up along the way. In any business, communication is key and his was top notch. The end result was better than we even could have imagined and we will definitely hire Sam again for our next project.

We have worked with Sam in multiple projects at our home. He creates a great product, is very easy to work with and you feel that you are getting value for your money. Projects include a laundry room/powder room renovation, two outdoor fences and an outdoor kitchen modification.

Top notch quality work all around. Professional, knowledgeable, pleasant to work with, clients love them and so do I! 10/10

Sam did a fabulous job on a rather large porch addition. His crew was timely and clean with their work. The screen and electrical package were awesome. They did a great job and their painter finished the porch to perfection once the carpentry was done. The price was incredibly competitive and the communication great

They made me this custom grill cabinet that I could roll around on my porch. They were thorough, timely, and professional. Would use them again!

Sam was great to work with on a home sale renovation. He knocked out the repairs and updated the home so it would sell fast. It sold in 4 days thanks to Sam's hard work and attention to detail. - Kate Thornton with Carolina One Real Estate
